The Japanese Vegetarian Kitchen: Keema for vegetarian

Hello! I am glad to see you again. I will update this blog for the first time a week.
Time has passed since the earthquake. But in the quake zone,many people are a hard life continues.I pray for recovery from the earthquake as soon as possible.

Well, let me introduce today’s cuisine.Today’s recipe is Keema for vegetarian.Keema is minced meat dishes. But I do not use it.

ingredients for 1 person

5 mushrooms
1/3 onion(about 2oz)
1 small tomato(about 4oz)
1tbsp miso
1tsp curry powder
1tsp olive oil
rice

Chop the mushrooms and onions,and cut the tomatoes.

Please Heat oil in a frying pan. Mushrooms, onions, tomatoes, miso, curry powder into it.Please stir fry.Please stir fry until the moisture is less in the pan.

Now ready. Very easy! Please eat with rice. It is also not lose ground beef taste.
