The Japanese Vegetarian Kitchen: Barbecue Eggplant
Do you like Korean barbecue? This dish is usually made from beef, I used eggplant instead of beef.It is also delicious eggplant barbecue.And this dish is very healthy！
ingredients for 1 person
(for the barbecue sauce)
2 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp mirin(or maple syrup)
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp chopped garlic
1 tbsp chopped ginger
Slice the eggplant.
Make barbecue sauce.Mix soy sauce, mirin, sesame oil, garlic and ginger.
Heat the sesame oil in a saucepan,and saute the eggplant.
Add the barbecue sauce,and stir until well mixed.
This dish is complete.This dish is delicious.You can also put this dish over rice!
